In addition, each team member within our organization is challenged to make sure they are an easy person to do business with... always acting with integrity and treating not only our customers, but also each other, with respect.
We never want to make a new customer feel trapped when purchasing our software. To remove all risk, we offer a one-year risk-reversal pledge: If the customer isn't satisfied with their purchase, we will return their money. By providing this guarantee, we ensure that our customers feel secure in their investment with us, and that all members of the BS&A team are challenged to provide the best customer experience possible.
When considering software, we understand it's a big decision and prospective customers may wish to speak with existing customers. We don't provide a hand-picked list of just a few references.
