Over 90% of the Michigan Assessment and Tax Administration municipalities are BS&A Software customers.

With the ability to view and pay property taxes and utility bills on-line, approve purchase orders on-line or on your mobile device, and have your employees manage their payroll and HR options on-line, our Internet Services application brings eGovernment to your municipality at a value price.

•     Community Development

Our Community Development applications handle Project and Permit processes, Zoning and Property Maintenance, Inspection Tracking and Scheduling, Certification Processes, Field Data Collection, and offer a host of on-line functionality.

All of our software is written using Microsoft’s .NET development platform with the SQL Server database engine.
