Founded in 1987, BS&A Software develops tightly integrated software products specifically for municipalities. Our software is designed with the primary objective of creating an easy and productive customer experience. We place the utmost importance on providing cutting-edge solutions and delivering unparalleled customer service.

Over the years, we have engaged many interns at our company and have come to realize the importance of this program to both BS&A and the interns. As a company employing interns, we are able to guide young professionals, gain exposure to new perspectives, and - ideally - find new employees.

The intern is able to find that often-missing bridge between education and experience through our internship program. The experience gained through our program enhances their education, leading to a more dynamic and solid career path. We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated, driven to achieve results, and have a passion for working person-to-person, as we believe these are the traits of a successful career.

Interns participating in this program will focus on the development of three key areas of our local government software:

Financial Management
Our Financial Management applications are seamlessly integrated and focus on Utility Billing, General Ledger/Budgeting, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipting, Purchase Order, Miscellaneous Receivables, Fixed Assets, Human Resources, Payroll, and Timesheets.
