Thank you for your interest! Due to the evolving nature of our software, some content in the videos may not match up exactly with what you are experiencing in your version of the software. We take pride in dedicating most of our resources to live, real-time assistance to our customers. Because of this, videos are only updated when sufficient changes have noticeably affected a process.
Please also be aware that some videos – those that illustrate how to block records, how to search, etc. – use one particular application (in many cases, GL/Budgeting), but the process is a global one that spans our applications. And remember – we are a phone call or email away should you require any assistance at all.
