Click the link to start the team viewer download process.  Once you receive the security alert, select "Run".  You might be prompted again.  Select "Run" again.  A small window with the BS&A logo will appear which contains an ID and Password box.  Please read your support person the numbers preceeding "@gateway.bsasoftware.com".
