This check box does not effect the timed deletion of records.

It enables/disables a user's ability to delete records

from the Audit List View.

11-24-03 Contractor Registration was not setting the status field

to 'Active' in all cases. This is fixed.

11-20-03 Equalizer assessing import was popping up unnecessary

message windows. Now all errors are written to the log

so it is not necessary to be standing by to kill pop-up

messages or ask if you want to abort the process.
