06/26/2008 In situations where a parcel belonged to only one capture district and was not billing an extra mileage for that capture district, but other DDA/Brownfield/LDFA districts in the city/twp/village were, the program was incorrectly attempting to capture money from that mileage. This has been fixed. There was an issue with the IFT report not listing the correct IFT cert #. It was inserting a phantom 1 after the 8th character. This is fixed.

06/25/2008 Report Writer Field named QualifedAgStatement is now named PreTypeStatement. This field also now includes 3 new statements, they are: Conditional PRE 1st Year, Conditional PRE 2nd Year, and Conditional PRE 3rd Year.

Method. It pays any applicable Administration Fee 1st then Penalty 2nd, Interest 3rd. Taxing Authorities are paid
In the order billed and completely paid in full before paying the next taxing authority.

03/28/2008 Mortgage Code/Name Information can now be imported from assessing. This option is found in General Setup/Mortgage Company List/Tolls button.

03/24/2008 The Settlement Report – 2nd page was not reporting the correct unit name when run on range in County wide
database, this has been corrected.

03/10/2008 When importing an ascii file from Assessing that has a Version of 2/25/08 or later you will need to update Tax to successfully run the Equalizer Assessing/Equalization import .

02/14/2008 When in the Apply Payments window and a search was executed then cancelled, if a payment was immediately
added an incorrect payment amount was applied to the parcel, this has been fixed. Incorrect Payments will list on the Questionable Parcels Report.
