IMPORTANT!

The Building Department program has been going through a lengthy conversion process over the past 3 years. To make it more convenient for our customers, we have changed how you update the program. You can access the update from within the Building Department software by going to Help | Download Latest Version. We no longer offer a direct link to the update file on our website.

If you do not see this as an option in your help menu, then you are an old version customer and are most likely already running the most recent software. You can check this by going to Help| System Status and look at your Build/Conversion dates. If you see Build: 11/22/2006 & Conversion Build: 12/01/1999, then an update is not required. If you happen to be running an older build of the program, please call into permit support at 517-641-8900 to receive help in obtaining the latest update, and to get information on converting to our current program.
