We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our annual Community Development User Group Meetings, hosted by the Community Development team. This meeting will focus on the Building Department application. This event is free of charge and lunch will be provided, including a salad for a gluten-free option.
User Group meetings are a great way for our customers to get together and see new features, meet some of the BS&A staff, catch a glimpse of some upcoming projects, and participate in an open forum with other municipalities to address any questions/concerns. We will be covering things such as best practices, tips and tricks of the applications, and common reporting.
Note: Due to space being limited, please register no more than 4 users per municipality.
To ensure that we cover topics on which you would like information, we are asking for your suggestions. We will work hard to implement all suggestions into the event agenda. If you would like to offer your ideas that you believe would benefit the entire group, you can get them to us in the following ways:
