Training at BS&A

BS&A Software has built its foundation on outstanding customer support. We work closely with our customers to not only solve problems, but also incorporate feedback to create a better platform. We are externally driven, which ensures that our staff focuses on customer needs first. We don’t use automated phone systems or outsourced technical assistance. If you have an issue, BS&A Software experts will work with you personally to solve it. Our training sessions explore our software features in detail. Attendees will take a guided tour of each software solution with an expert, so you know exactly how to get the most of your experience with our software. We host training sessions at our state-of-the art training facility, or we can bring a training session to you. We also offer remote training sessions as the need arises. We publish our training schedule on a quarterly basis, so you can plan ahead. We encourage a minimum of five attendees for in-person classes. If, a week out from class, fewer than five attendees have signed up, that in-person class may be cancelled. We will contact attendees to offer a remote class when feasible, as some classes need to be in person.
