We are extremely proud of the many long-term customer relationships we have built. We strongly believe that our success is directly correlated with putting the customer first and consistently choosing to listen to them. Delivering unparalleled customer service is the foundation of our company.

Our company takes pride in the fact that customers can see their fingerprints throughout our software. They have provided us with many years of great ideas and suggestions. We truly value their feedback.

2. We’re easy to do business with:

We frequently evaluate our customer relationships to ensure we continue to be easy to do business with. In addition, each team member within our organization is challenged to make sure they are an easy person to do business with… always acting with integrity and treating not only our customers, but also each other, with respect.

We never want to make a new customer feel trapped when purchasing our software. To remove all risk, we offer a one-year risk-reversal pledge: If the customer isn’t satisfied with their purchase, we will return their money. By providing this guarantee, we ensure that our customers feel secure in their investment with us, and that all members of the BS&A team are challenged to provide the best customer experience possible.

When considering software, we understand it’s a big decision and prospective customers may wish to speak with existing customers. We don’t provide a hand-picked list of just a few references. We provide our entire list, ensuring that potential customers get all the information they need to make an informed decision about doing business with us.

3. We pursue excellence. We have passion. We choose never to be satisfied:

We believe it is very important to always push ourselves and to never be satisfied with “good enough.” Our goal is not to be a good company by providing good customer service. We want to be a great company by providing remarkable customer service. Every member of the BS&A team treats each customer as absolutely crucial to the company’s survival, as indeed, each customer is.

We are not satisfied with the status quo. While we have achieved success today, that doesn’t mean we can grow complacent and rest on our laurels. We will always strive to get better and stronger by pushing the envelope, continually pushing each other, and never being afraid to try something new. In our pursuit for excellence, problems we may face and solve simply become mile markers on our journey. Each problem we work through means we’ve gotten better. No matter how much we’ve accomplished, our work will never be done, and we’ll never get it right.

We strongly believe that BS&A Software team members should not be satisfied with the status quo. Although we value both hard work and longevity, opportunity and success at our company is based on merit and results.

4. We’re humble. We conduct ourselves with integrity:

While we celebrate our success, we are not arrogant, nor do we treat others differently than how we would want to be treated. Instead, we carry ourselves with a quiet confidence because we believe that, in the long run, our character will speak for itself.

Management excesses are checked at the door. There are no larger-than-life corner offices, oak desks, or corporate ego trips.

We would not be where we are today without our customers, and sometimes that means being humble enough to accept that what we feel is a good solution, may not be for our customers. If our customers have a better solution, we incorporate it.

Honesty and integrity may not be as popular as they once were, but they are the bedrock that BS&A was built upon. We choose to act with integrity in all situations, even if it is not always to our business advantage.

We consistently spend time and resources training and developing our team… because we want to make a difference in the lives of those we touch.
