“I began my career at BS&A as a front office receptionist. I was immediately welcomed into a very supportive culture and started my journey of learning on day one. Within a year, I was a support specialist for our property tax applications. Later I transitioned to providing support for our Financial management and Utilities Management modules. Over time, I was placed into the role as Financial Management and Human Resource Management Support Team manager. Currently I lead our talent development group and have the privilege to provide coaching, training, and encouragement to our new team members. I am excited to expand my experience even further and continue to grow alongside the company that has provided me with so much opportunity.”

Over time, I was promoted to IT director and now oversee a team of highly skilled IT specialists.”

“My journey at BS&A started as an intern while I was completing my bachelor’s degree. Upon graduating I accepted a full-time position as an Implementation & Training Specialist. Since then I’ve been fortunate enough to assist the Product Development team with the launch of our new Cloud products and later transitioned to the Project Management team. Now, I am a member of our PACE team (Product and Customer Experts). The PACE team provides resources for our most challenging customer issues while providing knowledgeable coaching to our Support Team, Project Management Team, and Implementation and Training team. Throughout my career at BS&A I’ve been able to grow personally and professionally, while adding value to all areas of the organization.”
