-  There was an issue in the MEG export of the JSON file where in some cases the export was $1 off the L-4018 report that was ran out of the system.
Reporting
-  When a user ran a 4018 from the county unit with the Generate entire county total option checked. Once the report is complete, it was clearing out the village revenue share codes. It works fine without the option checked.

Calculation Changes
-  At their meeting on November 16th of 2021, the State Tax Commision approved the release of Bulletin 15 of 2021, setting forth the Inflation Rate Multiplier for 2022. Assessing .NET's scheduled update on 12/01/2021 will hard-code the Inflation Rate Multiplier into the system; Users do not have to hand-enter the Inflation Rate Multiplier into the system; rather, just be sure to install the 12/01/2021 update.
-  The updated Multiplier Tables for the valuation of free standing communication towers within Personal Property have been updated.
Other
-  There were some additional changes/corrections to Oakland Counties Percent Change Recap Report.

-  Due to the changes with the CAMA Data Standards the Custom Export - CFR- Commercial Forest Export to State wasn't working properly. The appropriate changes have been made so that those CFR parcels are being exported.
-  Oakland County Percent Change Recap Report has been updated to include the new lines for CAMA classes 207/307/407 and 408.

-  A change was made to the label of the Equalization Reporting Tool located under Utilities. It is now labeled Equalization/Meg Reporting Tool.

-  The updated Personal Property forms have been added to the system with the changes from the State.
Program Security
-  There was an issue with the CVT security for Oakland County. It was discovered that users are able to update names and addresses upon manual entry of a sale. After the user enters the Grantor/Grantee/Secondary Grantee, a Question window is presented “Copy to Owner Name Extra?” and “Would you like to edit Name and Address information now?”. Thus, allowing changes to the name fields. As per the Oakland County model/permissions, Owner Name and Address information comes from our Land and Address Management System (LAMS) and should not be able to be updated directly in the BS&A application.

-  Within the Modify Parcel Number Utility, a new option was added that allows users to switch their Parcel Number Formats. This new option is designed to allow users to modify existing parcels actual formats. For Example, if the existing parcel number format was ##-##-##-##### it could be modified to ##-##-##-##-###. As always with this utility, you should make a good recent backup prior to running.

-  A custom Sale Import has been added to the System for Macomb County. The Import is located under File/Import/Custom Import/Macomb County Sale Import.
-  Per Macomb County's request a custom Import has been written to allow a Direct Import into Assessing from the DLQ Tax System. BS&A EXPORT/IMPORT REQUIREMENTS 1. Create an export from the Delq. Tax program to export the following fields: a. Parcel Number b. School District c. Property Address 2. Create an import into Assessing to that will add the parcels and the fields from the Delq Tax export along with the following defaults on the new parcels: a. Rec. Status = Active b. Tax Status = TAXABLE c. Prev Tax Status = TAXABLE d. Current Class = 002 e. Previous Class = 002 f. School (Imported) g. ECF Neigh = DEFLT
