What are the dates and location of the conference?
BS&A ENGAGE 2026 will take place October 5-8, 2026, in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa. Sessions will be held Tuesday through Thursday of the conference.

What are the registration costs?
Early Bird registration is $750; Standard registration is $850. We’ll share Early Bird registration dates when registration officially opens. Both options include all conference meals, drinks, evening events, and entertainment.
How can I pay for the conference?
We accept credit card payments to streamline registration, ensure secure transactions, and reduce administrative processing time.
How do I book my hotel?
When the registration page opens, you’ll be able to register and book your hotel (at a discounted group rate) at the same time.
What meals are included in the conference registration?
All meals are complimentary during the conference and evening events.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual and jeans are perfectly acceptable. You will have plenty of opportunities to walk outside, so we recommend wearing layers and comfortable shoes.
