We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our annual Chicagoland Regional UB User Group, hosted by the Utility Billing team. This event will focus on the Utility Billing application. This event is free of charge and lunch will be provided on that day.

User Groups are a great way for our customers to get together to see new features, meet some of the BS&A staff, catch a glimpse of some upcoming projects, and participate in an open forum with other municipalities to address any questions/concerns. We will be covering things such as best practices, tips and tricks of the applications and common reporting.

Topic Suggestions

To ensure that we cover topics on which you would like information, we are asking for your suggestions. We will work hard to implement all suggestions into the meeting agenda.
