Description: This webinar style class is designed for Cloud BL users to learn the setup and steps for License Renewals and/or the Request to Renew process. For former BL.NET users, the typical Renewal process remains (with some tweaks and improvements). Cloud BL also offers an optional Request to Renew process which better leverages BSAOnline.com and places more responsibility into the business owners’ hands to complete their renewal.
