Whether you’re a brand-new employee in a small township, a veteran user in a large county, or simply trying to troubleshoot and better understand the BS&A programs, at some point you will need to work with reports. This virtual webinar style class is designed to teach the different ways to extract data from your different modules using: reports and report designer, filters and workspaces, report profiles, and generating data into Excel. This content uses generic data and examples. While the information is useful across all Cloud modules, there is a heavy focus on Community Development and Utility Billing, as these modules utilize reports more than others.
