The BS&A Principal Residence Exemption Audit (PREA) software is a complete solution for auditing of Principle Residence Exemptions and the billing and collecting of taxes generated by P.R.E. Audit denials. Integration with our Cash Receipting and General Ledger applications allows for payments to be processed and then recorded in our General Ledger/Budgeting application.
